CORTLAND, N.Y. – The nationally 19th-ranked Cortland women’s lacrosse team scored the first seven goals of the game and defeated Geneseo, 14-8, in a matchup of unbeaten SUNYAC teams Saturday afternoon at the Stadium Complex. The Red Dragons improved to 12-3 overall and took over first place in the conference with an 8-0 record. The Knights dropped to 11-4 and 7-1.
