MEDFORD, MA. – The nationally fifth-ranked Tufts women’s lacrosse team broke open a close game with nine consecutive goals spanning the first and second quarters in earning a 24-10 victory in the second round of the NCAA Div. III playoffs Sunday afternoon at Bello Field. The Red Dragons finished the season at 14-5 and tied for 17th nationally. The Jumbos improved to 15-4 and advanced to the third round.
