CORTLAND, N.Y. – The nationally 19th-ranked Cortland women’s lacrosse team jumped out to a 7-1 lead after the first quarter and went onto a 15-7 victory versus Oswego Wednesday night at the Stadium Complex in the SUNYAC finale for both teams. With the win, the Red Dragons improved to 13-3 overall and completed their conference schedule at 9-0. The Lakers dropped to 12-4 and 7-2.
