A Cortland County woman was sentenced to time served after admitting to producing meth.
28-year-old Heather Naylor was arrested back in January after sheriff’s deputies found a meth lab in her home on Route 11 in Homer. Officer’s found the items used to manufacture methamphetamine along with used laboratory equipment inside a bedroom that was being rented to Naylor.
Naylor pled guilty to a felony charge of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Naylor spent 4 months in jail. She faces 5 years of probation as well. She must also pay over $200 in restitution.
