The battle for New York’s newly-created 52nd Congressional District seat continues to be a dogfight between Democrat Lea Webb and Republican Rich David. Webb, a former Binghamton Councilperson, is facing David the former Binghamton Mayor for the post, which encompasses all of Tompkins and Cortland Counties as well as some of Broome County.
In an interview with our own John Eves, Webb talks about the most relevant issues in the booth this year, as well as something voters might not know about her or about her opponent.
