A 6-inch water main will be installed on Cleveland Street in the City of Cortland by the Water Department beginning today, June 5th.
The work is expected to take about 5 weeks to complete and will involve cutting a trench in the street to install a new main. Once disinfection and testing is completed, the services will then be connected to the new water main.
Paving will then take place on Cleveland Street once installation is complete. Updates will be posted on CrownCityRising.com.
