The Village of Homer has announced that the planned water shut off for 6pm tonight will no longer be required as the water department has solved the issue with the leaking pipe without the needed turn off.
The planned shut off was originally scheduled for 6pm and would affect the area near the corner of Cayuga St. and Cortland St.
