Update: As of 4:05pm, the water is back on.
Addition: The break has extended to additional areas. Water will now be turned off from the corner of Route 281/Clinton St. leading to Miller Drive. Miller Drive residents will also have their water turned off.
The Village of Homer is informing residents who live on Brentwood Dr. in the Village of Homer of a water main break on the street.
Currently, the village is waiting for approval from Dig Safety before digging to repair the leak. Once approval is given, water on Brentwood Dr. will be temporarily turned off until the repairs are completed.
The village will provide updates via the Village of Homer website and Facebook.
