The Virgil town board meets tonight at 6:30pm. One of the bigger aspects of the meeting will be the presentation of what the Virgil elementary school would be transformed into by local developer Steve Terwilliger and the company he owns Kajen, LLC if he is able to purchase the property for $380,000.
The plan for the property is to be renovated into apartments and a community center for the town while maintaining the architectural design of the building and keeping the playground intact.
