Another arrest has been made at the Walmart in Cortlandville. On Thursday, March 16th, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff responded to the store for a reported larceny complaint.
Through an investigation conducted by officers, it was determined 41 year old Benjamin P. Blake of Virgil, had stolen merchandise from the store. He was arrested by officers and charged with Petit Larceny.
Blake was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and later released on his own recognizance with an appearance ticket. He is due back in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
