Village of Homer Asks Those Who Have Projects For Planning Board or ZBA Approval to Attend Meetings
At Tuesday’s Village of Homer Board of Trustees meeting, Homer Mayor Pat Clune made note to ask any residents who may have an upcoming project that requires a review from either the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) or the Village Planning Board, to ensure they either attend the meeting or have a representative that can speak for them.
The announcement comes after both boards are expected to see more projects as projects from the Downtown Revitalization Initiative begin to take shape and move forward. Mayor Clune added that being present during the meeting(s) any questions the board(s) may have can be answered and will then prevent a delay to the project due to the board tabling any actions due to possible concerns/questions.
