This Saturday, November 11th is Veterans Day and officers from the Homer Police Department and members of the Homer Fire Department will be hosting a Veterans Day ceremony, beginning at 10am at the Veterans Police and Fire Memorial at Durkee Park.
The ceremony will be to honor both current and past members of both the Fire and Police Departments. The ceremony is open to the public to attend.
