Just before 1:30 in the morning on Sunday, November 12th, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle that was parked in the roadway on Riley Road in Cortlandville.
After officers arrived and began their investigation they found the driver of the vehicle, identified as 34 year old Julie M. Conners of Homer, was driving while intoxicated. Officers arrested Conners and charged her with DWI, a Misdemeanor, and parked on a highway, a Violation.
She was transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where she was processed and later released. Conners is due to appear in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
