Update: As of 2:20 pm the Village of Homer has announced that the water main has been repaired and water is back on.
The Village of Homer has announced a water shut off beginning tomorrow at 10am on Clinton Street from the railroad tracks to Main St. on both sides of the street.
The shut off is to fix a leak in the area. Once the leak has been repaired, the water will be turned on.
