UPD Officer at SUNY Cortland and Officer From Sheriff’s Office Recognized

On May 2nd, University Police at SUNY Cortland Officer Melissa Keelhar and Cortland County Sheriff Officer Neena Testa, were recognized for their work and dedication to deter impaired driving within the State of New York.




Officer Keelhar and Officer Testa both received the Recognition of Excellence Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the STOP DWI Program-New York, and the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.

This year’s award was the second in a row for Officer Keelhar, as she had been honored with the award last year as well.
