The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office has announced Undersheriff Budd W. Rigg has retired from the department.
Undersheriff Rigg has served with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for nearly 28 years. Rigg began his career at the Sheriff’s Office on September 25th 1995.
