Common Council in the City of Cortland meets Tuesday night.
Among the items on its agenda:
- Deciding on whether to issue $2.3 million in bonding to upgrade the water plant.
- Another resolution up for approval would expand Tobacco Free Zones to all city property.
- The Council must also decide if it will allow Meredith Bensen an exotic pet permit for chickens within city limits.
- And should Main St return to two-way vehicle traffic? Council may approve asking for proposals from those who could study whether or not it’s a good idea.
