Two Arrests Made In Armed Robbery on Cornell University Campus

Two arrests were made in a reported armed robbery Friday (October 4) morning at Cornell University, not far from Uris Library, where two students were robbed at gunpoint. The victims in the incident were not physically harmed.

A search for the suspects commenced.

Soon after, Cornell and Ithaca City Police pulled over a vehicle with two individuals inside matching the details given in the original report. The suspects were then identified as 19-year-old David Hayes and 19-year old Dorian Comacho, both of Ithaca.

Their weapon was found to be an Airsoft pistol.

Both were arrested and sent to the Tompkins County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
