The City of Cortland Police Department have made two arrests so far following a large fight that occurred on Monday evening near the intersection of Homer Ave. and Groton Ave. in the City of Cortland.
Cortland Police have arrested 22-year old Camerion J. Boda and 18-year old Trevon J. Melton, both of Cortland, and charged them with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Misdemeanor.
Both men were charged for fighting and then beating a 14-year old boy. Cortland Police say the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
Boda and Melton were later released on appearance tickets to appear in Cortland City Court at a later date.
