Occuring twice, on September 10th and November 30th, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Dollar General on Route 26 in Cincinnatus for trespass complaints.

The investigation found both 50 year old Amy R. Graham, and 38 year old Christopher A. Leonard, both of Pitcher, entered the store after previously being issued a formal trespass notice that prohibited both of them from being on the property. Both Graham and Leonard had fled the scene on both occurrences before officers could arrive.

Arrest warrants were issued for both Graham and Leonard by the Sheriff’s Office. Both were located on November 30th by Officers from the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to the Cortland County Sheriff.

Graham and Leonard are facing charges of Criminal Trespass in the 6th (2 counts each), and Conspiracy in the 6th (2 counts each). They were arraigned the following day and released on their own recognizance. Graham and Leonard are due in Cincinnatus Court next week.
