No quick check out for two people, who were arrested after passing all points of sale and stole various merchandise from Wal-Mart on Bennie Rd. in Cortlandville on Tuesday, September 27th.
On that day, the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call at Wal-Mart for a reported larceny. During the investigation officers determined that 20 year old Brittany A. Aguilar and 20 year old Devin M. Diaz acted in concert and stole various items from the store.
Both were arrested and taken to the Sheriff’s Department where they were processed and then released on appearance tickets. Both were charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th, both misdemeanors.
