Just before 9pm on Friday, November 3rd, officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Speedway gas station and convenience store at 3798 State Route 11 in Polkville for a larceny complaint.
During the investigation conducted by officers, it was determined both 35 year old Brandi L. Henry of Cuyler, and 33 year old Lawrence A. Nemecek of Cortlandville, had stolen merchandise from the store.
Both suspects were arrested and charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th, both Misdemeanors. They were transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where they were later released on appearance tickets.
Henry and Nemecek are due to appear in Cortlandville Town Court later this month.
