The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is looking for additional workers at Ithaca Tompkins International Airport and is hosting a recruitment event on Tuesday, July 18th from noon to 2pm.
The recruitment event will take place at the Tompkins Workforce New York Career Center at the Library at 101 East Green Street in the City of Ithaca. For those who cannot attend, another recruitment event will be held at Destiny USA in the Canyon area from 2 to 6pm on August 9th.
Openings for part-time and full-time are available with a starting salary of $37,696. After one year on the job, the salary will increase to $46,696. No prior experience is necessary and new hires will receive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and be paid during training.
