State Police ticketed a woman from Homer in Moravia Saturday morning.
Nadene Thomas, who is 36, is accused of Criminal Impersonation, Driving Without a License with multiple suspensions, and Speeding.
She was released to return to court later.
First thing Saturday morning, State Police arrested a woman from New York City for trying to bring drugs into the Cayuga Correctional Facility in Moravia.
Cruzceleste Franco, 38, had arrived for the start of visiting hours at the men’s prison.
Troopers say she was found with contraband and drugs.
She faces felony charges of Introducing Dangerous Contraband to Prison, and a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to sell.
Franco got her own cell at the Cayuga County jail, awaiting $5,000 bail.
