An Oswego County man is now facing Felony charges after he was caught stealing from Walmart in the Town of Cortlandville earlier this month.

State Police responded to Walmart on June 7th for a reported larceny that had just occurred. As Troopers were at the store, they learned from store employees that 46 year old Adrian Endsley of Lacona, NY, had filled a shopping cart with merchandise, went to the self checkout, purchased a soda and never paid for the other items.

Troopers also learned that Endsley was previously trespassed and was banned from entering any Walmart store due to previous incidents he has had. With this, when Endsley entered the store unlawfully and proceeded to steal, the crime is now considered a burglary.

Endsley was charged with Burglary in the 3rd degree, a Felony. He was transported to SP Homer for processing before he was turned over to the Cortland County Jail for arraignment and processing.
