A man from Groton had a gun when he wasn’t supposed to.
State Police arrested Lance Woodward, 37, at the Tompkins County Probation Office in Ithaca Monday morning.
As a convicted felon, he can’t have a gun.
Police say he’s out on bail.
Another man from Groton, who State Police identify as having a history of weapons convictions, was arrested Monday afternoon in the village.
Dustin Klock, 26, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in what Troopers label a case of menacing.
Klock’s out on bail, according to the police report.
Randy Townsend, 26, of Cortland, was arrested Monday afternoon.
He surrendered to State Police in Homer following a disturbance earlier in the morning in Preble.
Townsend was given an appearance ticket for Criminal Mischief and sent home.
