Troopers Arrest Man From Freeville Following Fight, Woman From Locke For DWI

State Police arrested a man from Freeville at about 5:30 am Tuesday following a report of a domestic dispute in the Town of Dryden.

Tyler Hale, 26, was charged with felony Assault with Intent to Cause Injury and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, both felonies.

Hale was released until his upcoming appearance in Town of Dryden Court.

 

 


On June 5, 2018, troopers arrested Corey Meddaugh, 55, of Locke, for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and moving from lane unsafely.

Troopers were dispatched to an accident on Route 34 in Genoa.

Meddaugh was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests, according to police.

Police say Meddaugh provided a breath sample of .14% BAC.

She was ticketed and is to return to the Town of Genoa Court on June 19.
