Trespassers Charged In Tompkins and Cortland Counties

Lansing:


Security cameras at Cayuga Operating Company in Lansing caught two men inside the building on Tuesday. 911 sent deputies and troopers who found a car and a fence cut open. The men in the building tried to run.

Officers caught Marvin Spivey, 35, and John Lantry, 31, both of Binghamton, and charged them with felony Burglary along with Trespass and Criminal Mischief.

Cincinnatus:

Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies had their own trespassing case Tuesday.

Just before 5 am, someone reported a man inside a home on Clarks Road in Cincinnatus.

Deputies determined it was Mark Barrows, 62, of that town who was inside without permission.

Barrows is due in town court March 16.
