Tree Clearing Begins For Future 7 Brew Coffee Location in Cortlandville

Motorists may have noticed the tree clearing that has been taking place next to the A&W and mini golf course on Route 13 in Cortlandville. The clearing is the start of the construction process for a new 7 Brew Coffee location in the Town of Cortlandville.

7 Brew Coffee plans to open a drive-thru only location in Cortlandville with two order/pickup lanes. The company is based out of the Midwest and features 7 original coffees for customers to choose from. The coffee chain focuses on espresso-based, energy, and smoothie drinks. No food products will be served except for muffin tops.

A representative from 7 Brew could not yet provide an estimated opening date to X101 News, but during a previous Cortlandville Planning Board meeting, it was learned that the building process is extremely simplified with the building arriving in prefabricated sections and assembled together.

7 Brew was founded back in 2017 in Rogers Arkansas and has rapidly grown since. The nearest 7 Brew location is currently in Vestal, NY.
