Staff from the Southern Tier AIDS Program and volunteers from the local Healing Hearts Collaborative plan a free Naloxone NARCAN training today (Monday, Feb 7).
It takes five minutes and you get a free NARCAN kit, free fentanyl test strips and even COVID test kits. Training is at 2 pm at Access To Independence at 26 N. Main Street in Cortland.
This is an effort to reduce overdose deaths in Cortland County.
