Traffic Stop on UTV Leads to DWI Arrest in Harford

Just after 7 in the evening on November 14th, an officer with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on an UTV on Daisy Hollow Road in Harford for vehicle and traffic violations.

The Sheriff’s Office says the operator, 59 year old Dwight A. Keech of Dryden, was determined by officers to be operating the UTV while he was intoxicated. Keech was arrested and charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI-Blood Alcohol Content .18 or Higher, both Misdemeanors, and several infractions.

Keech was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket. He is due in Harford Town Court next month.
