West Main St. in the City of Cortland will be closed for most of the day today, September 30th. The closure will take place in the early morning and last until construction crews are finished. Motorists should seek an alternate route.
Currently, West Main St. is the last street the City of Cortland DPW has to pave for this year’s construction season. Residents who live on the street should not park their vehicles until work is officially completed.
Last week, DPW crews removed the old asphalt and prepared the street for final paving.
