A traffic update in the City of Cortland, Charles St. has returned to one-way traffic after Clinton Ave. between Church and Main St. reopened to through traffic.
Charles St. will once again be one-way from Clinton Ave. to Grant St.
Parking will again be permitted on the street as well. The City of Cortland Police Department will begin taking down the “No Parking” signs today (November 15th)
