The Homer Fire Department reports they were dispatched around 4:45 pm to Route 41 in Scott this afternoon (March 4) for a tractor trailer accident involving a van, with the tractor trailer striking a house.
The home is vacant.
A Cortland County Sheriff officer arrived first and confirmed one injury.
Homer FD provided medical care to the driver of the van, traffic control, and assessed damage to the home/tractor trailer.
The patient was transported by SAVES Ambulance.
