Cortland County’s Toys for Tots campaign will continue this year, albeit with new changes to accomodate state and local COVID-19 precautions.
Toy requests are restricted to a two-week period from November 1-14 (typically, it runs for the entire month and the first half of December). Requests can only be made online and during this time.
Recipients must be residents of Cortland County. Applicants will be notified by email of their assigned toy pick up night by November 15 and provided detailed instructions.
Please submit a valid, operating email address when applying.
Applicants must provide their ID and proof of each child (birth certificate, insurance card, any official document that lists child’s full name and birth date) at check-in the night of their assigned toy pick up.
Assigned shopping nights will not be rescheduled. You may send a party on your behalf with your ID, proof of children, and a note stating you allow the individual to select toys on your behalf.
To reduce the number of people in the warehouse on distribution nights, only the applicant (or proxy) may attend. Face coverings and social distancing will be required at all times.
