The Town of Dryden has announced in their most recent newsletter that all employees at the Highway Department and the Town Hall are now trained and certified for CPR and AED.
With CPR training, employees will have the ability to now recognize a cardiac event and administer CPR chest compressions and artificial ventilation. For AED, certification tests the knowledge of administering an electric shock to the heart using AED equipment.
