Town of Cortlandville to Hold Budget Workshop Tomorrow For 2026 Town Budget

The Town of Cortlandville says the public is welcome to attend an upcoming budget workshop taking place tomorrow, October 8th, at 5pm at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building. The workshop will discuss the tentative 2026 budget for the Town of Cortlandville. The meeting will also be streamed via Zoom, registration is required in advance if planning to Zoom. You may do so at Cortlandville.gov.

Cortlandville Town Councilmember David Donlick previously said during the last town board meeting this workshop is a great opportunity for residents in the town to see where their tax money goes as the tentative budget is reviewed line by line.

During last Wednesday’s Town Board meeting on October 1st, the board approved a local law to override the tax levy limit for the 2026 budget.
