Town of Cortlandville Hall of Fame Inductees Announced for ‘23 and ‘24

During Wednesday’s Cortlandville Town Board meeting, Town Clerk Kristin Rocco-Petrella, announced the inductees for the Town of Cortlandville Hall of Fame for the years 2023 and 2024. She noted there wasn’t an induction ceremony last year as the reason for the 2023 inductees.

The inductees for 2023 are Joan Fitch, retired Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals secretary, and in memory of Pauline Parker, former Town Clerk and Tax Collector

This year’s inductees for 2024 are as follows: David Briggs, retired Town Assessor serving 41 years, Mary Caufield, retired Chief Court Clerk who served 35 years with the town, Nicholas Renzi, current Town of Cortlandville Planning Board member he is also recognized for his philanthropy to the area, and Joseph Reagan, 30+ year business owner in the town and for his philanthropy.

The ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 19th beginning at 5:30pm at the Peter Alteri Jr. Municipal Garage at 3587 Terrace Road in Cortland.
