The Town and Village of Homer, with contributions from the Cortland County Legislature, have COVID-19 test kits and KN95 masks available and can picked up during office hours at their respective offices in the Town Hall at 31 North Main Street.
Those wishing to pick up either test kits or masks must be a resident of either the Town or Village of Homer and be able to provide proof of residency.
