The Tompkins County Sheriff’s department is holding a civil service exam in September for anyone who is interested. Those who are interested in taking the exam must sign up for the exam by July 8th.
The department is encouraging individuals to sign up for the exam as the TCSO offers benefits including retirement, health insurance, wellness incentives, paid vacation and personal leave, and longevity pay.
