Tompkins County Hosting Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic in January

A free rabies vaccination clinic for dogs, cats, and ferrets is coming up on Wednesday, January 17th from 6 to 8pm at the Tompkins County SPCA Adoption Center at 1640 Hanshaw Road in Ithaca. The clinic will be a walk-up clinic and those attending should expect to wait in a line.

Proof of prior vaccination is required in order to receive a 3 year certificate for cats and dogs. For ferrets, they must be vaccinated annually. The event is free of charge, but donations are always appreciated.

The free rabies vaccination clinic is sponsored by the Tompkins County While Health Environmental Health Division. You may pre-register online HERE.
