Today is the last day to submit up to two photos for the 13th annual Regional Photography Exhibit, Cortland Arts Connect has announced.
The exhibit gives an opportunity to photographers to share their work in the community and also celebrate the art of photography while competing for awards and recognition.
This year’s exhibit will feature three categories which challenge photographers to capture the beauty and diversity of the world. The categories include: Black and White, Birds, and Humor.
There will also be an opportunity for photographers to submit work in an “open” category, this would give them the option to express their creativity and vision without any restrictions.
The exhibit though will not have a category that would accept any photographs which have been digitally created or significantly altered by combining and/or manipulating images. Standard digital techniques like brightness, contrast, and sharpening, will be allowed.
To enter the exhibit, photographers can email up to two photos as either a JPG, GIF, or PDF files to Admin@CortlandArtsConnect.org.
