Some expected changes took place at this morning’s first Cortland County legislature meeting of the year. The new Chair of the Legislature is Kevin Fitch, replacing Paul Heider. He and Sandra Price were the only two legislators recommended. He won the vote 10-7. The new Majority leader is George Wagner. The new Minority leader is Beau Harbin.
