Three Cortland County Residents on Trial for Meth Production

Local News

Jury selection began today in Cortland County Court in the trial of three residents accused of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Last June, Cortland County Sheriff’s Deputies busted a meth lab at a home on McGraw North Road in the Town of Cortlandville.

45-year-old Robert Alberts, who lives at that address, along with 28-year-old Kristina Yerian and 42-year-old Terry Maricle were all charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.

The trio are all on trial as co-defendants. If convicted they face 1 to 8 years in state prison.
