Three Charged With Felonies After Vandalizing Car With Ketchup

Two juveniles and a 20-year-old female have been arrested and charged for an incident that occurred at the Clarion Hotel in Lansing on July 18th, according to State Police.

The arrests come after a 15-year-old male of Dryden, a 17-year-old male of Ithaca and 20- year-old Mariah L. Rose were accused of pouring ketchup on a vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel, leaving over $1000 worth of permanent damage on the vehicle.

After an investigation, the 15-year-old male was arrested on August 7th and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Family Court on August 17th.

The 17-year-old was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lansing Court on August 30, 2018.

Rose was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lansing Court on August 28th.

All three defendants are facing felonies of 3rd degree Criminal Mischief.
