Earlier this month, we told you of Jason Gassner’s troubles with the law. Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies say the man from DeRuyter, who is 37, was arrested twice…first for DWI and unlicensed operation, and a day later, for driving while on drugs.
On Friday, while he was still at the county jail, deputies charged Gassner with Felony possession of stolen property, a vehicle reported stolen from MGM Auto on Rt 281 in Cortlandville.
