The Cortland County Highway Department has announced Telephone Road will be closed tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday between Route 41 and Kiwanis Road to allow the highway department finish their road paving project.
With the closure, no cars will be able to travel through between the hours of 7am and 4:30 pm. The highway department recommends motorists to use Route 41 as an alternate route.
