Logan Nordman and Emma Underwood of Tompkins Cortland Community College were recently winning recipients of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence.
The honor was handed out to 193 total students across 63 SUNY campuses during a reception that took place in Albany. Nordman is a multi-sport athlete who has achieved Dean’s List for all his semesters at TC3, while Underwood holds a 3.91 GPA and is known for her community involvement and participation in school projects and clubs.
The Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence was created in 1997 to recognize students who’d gone above and beyond in their academic excellence. It is the highest honor the SUNY system bestows on its students.
