Tompkins Cortland Community College has a virtual workshop planned for area employers to share the various needs of their organizations with the state labor department.
The virtual event is set for Wednesday, December 2, from 9-10 am via Zoom.
DOL will present information on the Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor Aide apprenticeship.
There will also be discussion on the ways such a program can help develop the skills of workers.
College BIZ representatives will speak on the newly established Chemical Dependency Counselor Aide Credential.
