TC3 Accepting Registrations For Employers For 2025 Manufacturing & Development Expo in October

Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) says they are now accepting registrations for employers to participate in the 2025 Manufacturing and Development Expo (MADE) taking place on October 23rd, 2025. The expo is part of the national Manufacturing Day with a goal of introducing high school students to the numerous careers that exist in the manufacturing industry.

Last year’s MADE event at TC3 brought in over 350 high school students from across the area with 20 local manufacturers offering hands-on activities and displays while also teaching the students about careers in manufacturing. TC3 says this year’s expo is expected to have more students participate with almost 20 school districts expressed interest in attending.

“By providing information about lucrative and in-demand jobs that can be available after high school as well as with a college degree, the expo has a long-term goal of helping create a talent pipeline within our region.”

TC3 said in a release.

Happening now though, TC3 is looking for registrations for employers interested in tabling at the 2025 MADE event from 9am to 1pm on the 23rd of October. Employers interested in participating can register online HERE. Questions may be sent via email at CareerTeam@TompkinsCortland.edu by July 11th.

Manufacturing Day is an initiative of The Manufacturing Institute, with the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association as a founding partner. The Institute supports diverse initiatives for women, veterans, students, and workers through skills training programs, community building, and supporting the advancement of their careers in manufacturing.”
